Cap & Hat Embroidery Digitizing
Cap embroidery is one of the most technically demanding forms of digitizing. The curved surface, low-profile hooping, and tight working area require different stitch settings than flat garments. DST Studio specialises in cap digitizing — with correct underlay, reduced density, and stitch angles optimised for the cap's curvature.

Technical Expertise
Embroidery Size Matters
A logo that looks perfect at 8" may not work at 2". Small lettering, thin lines, and fine details often need to be simplified or adjusted for embroidery. Our goal is to make your design sew clearly — not simply copy the artwork stitch-for-stitch.

Why does this matter?
Auto-conversion software copies your artwork pixel-for-pixel into stitches — it doesn't understand that a 1px line in your logo becomes an unstitchable 0.3mm thread path at 2" size. A human digitizer makes the judgement calls that software cannot.
