Let's get some details on it.
1) Digitizing:- Digitizing of logos must be digitized by a professional and certified digitizer.Digitizer must know how to digitize, hat and 3d puff types of embroidery design to make it perfect in embroidery. A digitizer digitizes your logo by keeping your final products in mind. Design must be digitized according to the garment to give it superb looks and also stop ruining your material. Good digitizing saves time on the machine and also saves your money by controlling stitch count. as less stitch count less money by embroider. Without certified digitizer you save money in digitizing but lose money by paying your embroider for unnecessary stitch count and it may ruin your garment.
2) Density:-- Density is a major thing to turn Stitches in good quality. Different garment materials need their own density. If density is not adjusted correctly then it surely ruins the garment. like hat files needs high density and for puff or 3d embroidery we adjust density to very high so it cuts the puff at time of embroidery. This knowledge comes after experienced and new updated software offer this type of adjustment to more different styles as compared to old software.
3)Pull- Compensation:-Oops this is the most important thing to decide what boldness material needs. Less or More boldness can damage your garments and small text is not embroidered well.
4)Underlay:- To hold the material we put underlay behind the objects. There are different types of underlays. It needs lots of knowledge which underlay is going to work perfectly on different objects. Different types of material need different underlays like Center Run, Zigzad, Double Zigzag, Edge Run and Tatami or double Tatami. This underalys give nice and bold looks to design!
5)Shortening of Stitches:- Suppose you are looking to embroider a logo on your left pocket and you get lots of holes at that place, surprised ! Yes, this happens a lot of time with cheap and frad digitizers who digitize your logo with an automatic option and lack of knowledge. It happens because unnecessary stitches are stitched at one place several times. with our files it never happened.
