We accept all common image and vector formats. Higher resolution = better stitch quality.

JPG / JPEG

Most common photo and artwork format. Works great for logos and scanned designs.

Minimum 300 DPI recommended

PNG

Ideal for logos with transparent backgrounds. Crisp edges make digitizing easier.

Transparent background preferred

PDF

Print-ready artwork files. Vector PDFs give the best digitizing results.

Vector PDF preferred over raster

AI

Adobe Illustrator files. Vector format — excellent for clean, scalable artwork.

EPS

Encapsulated PostScript vector format. Widely used in professional design.

Tips

For Best Digitizing Results

Use vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG) whenever possible — it scales perfectly to any size.

If using raster (JPG/PNG), provide at least 300 DPI at the intended embroidery size.

PNG with transparent background makes color separation much easier.

04

Include notes on desired size (e.g. "4 inches wide") and fabric type in your order.
