By using DST Studio ("we", "us", "our") at embroiderydigitizerart.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. Services

DST Studio provides professional embroidery digitizing services — converting customer-supplied artwork (JPG, PNG, PDF, logos, etc.) into machine-embroidery formats including DST, PES, JEF, and 20+ other formats. We also provide vector conversion and artwork redraw services.

2. Orders & Turnaround

• Standard turnaround is 2–4 hours for most orders during business hours.
• Complex designs may require additional time. We will notify you if this applies.
• Orders are processed in the sequence received.
• Rush orders may be available — contact us before placing.

3. Artwork Requirements

• You must own or have rights to all artwork you submit.
• Artwork should be clear and high resolution for best results.
• We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
• We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality source artwork.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing starts at $5 for Simple, $7 for Standard, and $15 for Complex designs.
• Final pricing is confirmed before delivery.
• Payment is accepted via credit card and other methods listed at checkout.
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

• We offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Revisions are for adjustments to the original brief — new design requests are treated as new orders.
• We offer a money-back guarantee if we cannot meet your requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your original artwork.
• Upon full payment, you own the digitized file we create for you.
• DST Studio retains the right to use completed work as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise.
• You may not resell our digitizing services or files as your own digitizing service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DST Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to machine damage, production losses, or delays.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Reproduce copyrighted logos or trademarks without authorization
• Create offensive, hateful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our digitizing processes
• Resell our digitized files as a competing digitizing service

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
